Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. General
- 1.1 FULLER, SMITH AND TURNER P.L.C. (‘Fuller’s’, ‘We’ or ‘Our’) of Pier House, 86-93 Strand-on-the-Green, Chiswick, London W4 3NN is responsible for the Gift Card.
- 1.2 Gift Cards are managed through Our card partner, Toggle, and are available either as a physical card or a digital code sent via email.
- 1.3 All references to ‘Gift Cards’ in these terms and conditions are to both digital and physical formats, unless specified otherwise.

- 1.5 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice when considered necessary.
- 1.6 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
2. Buying a Gift Card
- 2.1 Gift Cards will be delivered to the email address or the postal address as detailed on the individual order. Digital Gift Cards are issued free of charge. The cost of posting a physical Gift Card will be added to your order. With the exception of postage costs, no other fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of a Gift Card.
- 2.2 Fuller’s cannot accept liability for not meeting a requested delivery date, and any resulting loss of profit, costs, damages, charges, other expenses, consequential losses and non-financial losses.
- 2.3 Gift Cards are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Therefore, any loss is not insured and will not be compensated.
- 2.4 Gift Card quantities and pre-loaded value(s) should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately by contacting us here. Fuller’s cannot be held responsible for any shortage or loss of any Gift Cards not notified by email to Fuller’s within seven working days of delivery.
- 2.5 For unused Gift Cards, we can process a refund within 28 days of purchase to the same payment method. Please contact us here with your proof of purchase and the Gift Card details.
3. Using your Gift Card
- 3.1 The Gift Card allows you to pay – in full or part payment - for food, drink and accommodation (if available) at all Fuller's, Bel & The Dragon, Cotswolds Inns and Hotels & Lovely Pubs locations. In relation to Fuller's locations, these can only be redeemed at Fuller's managed sites found here. The Gift Card cannot be used for food in our Thai and other franchise kitchen sites, but can still be redeemed against drinks.
- 3.2 Gift Cards cannot be used against purchases made through the Fuller’s Online Shop or Brewery Store.
- 3.3 If you wish to redeem your Gift Card against accommodation, you must present the Card upon arrival at the hotel. If you do not have the Gift Card or cannot provide a valid digital Gift Card, then the full price for the accommodation will be charged.
- 3.4 Digital Gift Card balances can be checked online at https://gifts.fullers.co.uk/balance .
- 3.5 For physical Gift Cards, we strongly recommend that you register your Gift Card at https://gifts.fullers.co.uk/register. This will ensure you receive a digital copy of your Gift Card to use in the event of losing the physical Gift Card. You will also be able to check your balance online once you have registered the physical Gift Card.
- 3.6 To use the Gift Card against alcohol you must be aged 18 years or over. The server has the right to refuse service to anyone who they deem to be under 18 without valid proof of ID.
- 3.7 Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the later of the date that any value was last loaded onto the Gift Card, or the date that any value on the Gift Card was last redeemed. At expiry, any remaining balance will be lost.
- 3.8 Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
- 3.9 We are not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and it will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel Gift Cards, if We reasonably suspect fraud or misconduct. Damaged, altered or cancelled Gift Cards will not be accepted.
- 3.10 Fuller’s will not be liable for the non-availability or non-functioning of the Gift Card, except if We are negligent and where the law prevents us from limiting Our liability.
