Six Nations Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
PROMOTER
The Promoter is FULLER, SMITH AND TURNER P.L.C. (Fuller’s or Promoter), Pier House, 86-93 Strand-on-the-Green, Chiswick, London W4 3NN.
ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to over-18s only.
Employees, officers and representatives of Fuller’s or any of its subsidiaries or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
Internet access is required to enter.
The winner and guest must be over 18 years old and ID may be required at the point of redemption
HOW TO ENTER
This promotion commences on 5th January 2026 and closes at 23:59pm midnight on Saturday 14 March 2026.
Enter by booking a table using the “Rugby” or “Six Nations” booking type to watch any Guinness Men’s Six Nations game in a participating Fuller’s pub or by filling in the online competition form. (For a list of participating sites, see Appendix)
By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact marketing@fullers.co.uk
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group, third party or agent entries will be valid.
PRIZE
The “Prize” includes an overnight stay in a Fuller’s Hotel for two, two tickets for the Guinness Open Gate Brewery London Tour, lunch at The Cabbage Patch (up to the value of £300), two tickets to an England match at Twickenham Stadium, two tickets for the Twickenham Stadium Tour.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative or any other reward. The prize does not include travel to or from the venue, accommodation, food and drink (other than that detailed above) or any other expenses.
The prize date, time and location is subject to change from the event organiser. Fuller’saccepts no responsibility for the impact of any changes.
THE DRAW
Winners will be selected at random by the Fuller’s Marketing Team by Tuesday 17 March 2026.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner via telephone and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the closing date, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner.
The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants and the Promoter reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence with entrants. Entries that do not comply fully with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. The Promoter has sole discretion in determining whether any entries submitted by any person comply with these terms and conditions.
The Winner will be required to produce a valid form of government issued ID and other personal information pertaining to them and their guest on request by the Promoter in order to fulfil the prize. Participants who have not won the prize will not be notified.
Please note, the winner and their guest must be 18 years or over at the time of redemption.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the prize.
The winner’s surname and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address set out in clause 1.1 or by emailing marketing@fullers.co.uk within one month after the closing date of the promotion.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, Fuller’s is the Data Controller of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the competition and its prize.
Fuller’s will process your identity, contact and social media data in order to administer the competition and select an individual to receive the prize. Fuller’s lawful basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is performance of a contract.
Fuller’s will share your personal data with Diageo, Twickenham Stadium, The Cabbage Patch pub and the relevant Fuller’s Hotel in order to fulfil the redemption of the prize.
For the purposes of administering this processing activity, your personal data will be processed solely in the UK and will not be made available to individuals or companies based outside of the EEA.

GENERAL
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any other communications from the Promoter, including advertising and promotional material.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or to amend these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR TICKET WINNERS:
Winners of the competition must comply with the following additional terms
Ticket Terms and Conditions: Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time as available, including, but not limited to the tournament organiser “Tournament Organiser”and venue owner or operator rules and regulations
Negative Publicity: Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon the Promoter and associated parties.
Data Protection: By completing the competition entrant form you are agreeing to receive emails from the Promoter unless you opt-out of such correspondence. Your information shall be securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter shall not share your details with anyone else.
